The divorce saga of Paul McCartney and his estranged wife Heather Mills continues. The former couple appeared at a London courthouse Thursday October 11th for a hearing that was reportedly focused on determining the amount of money the former model would accept from their divorce settlement.

While speculation are mounting on the amount of wealth Mills would make from the former Beatle, neither parties would share details of the court hearing to public. The estranged twosome remained tight lipped as they made their way out of the court room following a seven hours closed-door hearing.

Notwithstanding with their silence, E! is reporting that McCartney has offered Mills "somewhere in the neighborhood of $40 million". Nonetheless, she wants more and is said to be seeking "$100 million of his fortune, which is estimated at $1.5 billion."

Since there was no prenuptial agreement, McCartney could wind up shelling out as much as $120 million, plus annual support payments for the couple's daughter, Beatrice, should divorce specialists' prediction proven true.
