Walt Disney Pictures has finally brought up what fantasy fans have probably been waiting for these past months. Yes, it's none other than the first official poster for "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian", the studio's next installment of Narnia film franchise.
Presenting a tagline of "A New Age Has Begun", the poster, as seen on the left, features the titular character himself, played by English actor Ben Barnes, with Aslan the Lion in the background.
Based on C.S. Lewis' second book in the Chronicles of Narnia series, "Caspian" initially was slated for a December 14, 2007 release date, but later got pushed back to that of May 16, 2008 instead. Filming on the project began February 12, 2007 in Auckland yet was primarily carried out in Eastern Europe, particularly at Barrandov Studios in Prague where sets such as Miraz's castle, Aslan's How and the underground hiding places of the Narnians were created.
