A judge has on Friday July 13th threw out a damages claim against Lindsay Lohan.

Friday the thirteenth brings good luck for Lindsay Lohan as a judge has on that day turned down a 2005 car crash case against her.
Lindsay actually was scheduled to appear on court to face charges surrounding an accident in which she hit a vehicle which in turn hit a business man's van in Beverly Hills in 2005. What a fortunate for her that a judge then dismissed the case because the vehicle's owner, Florian Loeckle, failed to show up for the hearing.
It is said that representatives for Lindsay's insurance company kept waiting for the van's owner, but he did not arrive. Thus, the dismissal has freed Lindsay from paying 3,624.84 dollars in damages.
Lindsay was hit with a lawsuit over an October 4, 2005 car accident during which she left the Ivy restaurant on Robertson Blvd. in Beverly Hills, driving her jet black Mercedes and suddenly struck a vehicle that was making an illegal U-turn in front of her. Her car then crashed into the parked van owned by Grandeur Incorporated.
