Forging his first collaboration with Brooklyn-born filmmaker Todd Phillips, Jack Black has given his commitment to topline a new comedy flick entitled "Man-Witch" that Phillips is about to helm for Warner Bros. Pictures.

Project will find the "Nacho Libre" star becoming a schoolteacher who suddenly discovers he has witchlike abilities. Taken in by a coven, he is persuaded to attend a school for witches only to find out that his classmates are all girls.

On duty to work on the script is Jay Reiss, who is penning the material based on a pitch by Josh Stolberg and Bob Florsheim. Apart from taking the director's seat, Phillips is also serving as the producer alongside Neal Moritz of Original Films with Scott Budnick and Ori Marmur both executive producing.
