It's now Paramount Vantage's turn to generate creepiness among moviegoers. The company is about to develop a horror feature entitled "Details" following its successful attempt to gain the rights to the film's script from Dan Kay.

Based on the China Mieville's short story which concerns about the psychological phenomenon called pareidolia, pic tells the story of a father who tries to find his missing daughter after she uncovered demonic force only she can see.

While either cast or director has not yet been revealed, it is confirmed that Paramount-based Jason Blum will produce via his Blumhouse Productions with Steven Schneider and Ian Levy executive producing.

The specialty film division of Paramount Pictures, Paramount Vantage is a unit that generally deals with producing, purchasing, distributing, and marketing films with a more "art house" feel. Some of its upcoming productions are "There Will Be Blood", "A Mighty Heart", and "Into the Wild."
