Dimension Films has acquired rights from duo Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan to develop their thriller works of "The Midnight Man" and "The Neighbor."

AceShowbiz - Quickening its pace, Dimension Films has wonderfully obtained two thriller projects entitled " The Midnight Man" and "The Neighbor" from "Feast" writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, who are also the winners of "Project Greenlight" for its third season.
While there are no details yet on the latter one, Dimension has assigned Dunstan to helm the former following its successful attempt to acquire the rights from Fortress Entertainment and Imaginarium Entertainment.
As for the premise, "Midnight" story will follow a man who has to face a kidnapping situation after breaking into the home of his employer. Brett Forbes, Julie Richardson, Patrick Rizzotti are all set to produce.
