It's wrapped up. Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. has announced that its project of "Watching the Detectives" has just finished the filming production after being shot in New York City for some time.

A directorial debut of Paul Soter, the movie is a romantic comedy centering on a film noir buff whose world is abruptly turned upside down when he meets an unpredictable, real-life femme fatale beauty. Cillian Murphy and Lucy Liu are starring with Soter writing the script. Celine Rattray, Daniela Taplin Lundberg, plus Galt Niederhoffer take seat as the producers in association with Hart-Lunsford Pictures.

An Irish actor, Murphy previously appeared in "Breakfast on Pluto" alongside Liam Neeson and Stephen Rea. His next projects include "The Wind That Shakes the Barley", "Sunshine", and "Telepathy." Meanwhile, Liu has recently been spotted in "Lucky Number Slevin" which also featured Josh Hartnett and Morgan Freeman in the cast.
