intended as a cautionary tale with a message, this grim, unpleasant thriller is too close to raw exploitation to take seriously; all that remains is a picture of cruel abuse and victimized women; It's all very distressing
"Do Not Reply" is not necessarily a terrible film, it's just not a very memorable one. Even still, there is a good idea here, and they do manage to offer up an intriguing concept about the dangers of dating apps
"Do Not Reply" effectively warns of the potential danger of random social media meetups; The cast is dynamic and engaging, the characters are well rounded, and the direction is quite atmospheric
