the lack of technical finesse and a bland background score further contribute in making "The 2nd" a boring affair; The fans of Brian Skiba and Ryan Phillippe would surely be letdown by this tedious B-grade action flick that misses the mark by miles
the actual plot makes less sense, and most of it doesn't really matter, actually; This is not a great movie by any measure
