Hell's Kitchen Episode 11.03 17 Chefs Compete

After an emotional elimination, Chef Ramsay sends all of the remaining competitors back to the dorm - except Jeremy. Gordon calls the contestant forward and tells him that he's worried about his performance. He asks him if he's lost his fight and implores the lead cook to find his voice, and Jeremy responds by vowing not to let his mentor down.

After a horrific dinner service followed by a night of team bonding, Chef Ramsay has an early morning surprise. The contestants find Gordon on the street, ready to start the first "HK 3K."

Chef Ramsay picks one contestant from each team to race to the kitchen while the rest prep for lunch service. He chooses Mary for the women and Dan for the men.

Although Dan beats Mary back to the kitchen, the women quickly catch up. Both kitchens breeze through the apps and quickly move on to serving entrees, with the men more determined than ever to win their first challenge. But when Zach brings reheated salmon to the pass, Chef Ramsay throws him off the station. In the meantime, the women are closing in on the finish line, and they win yet another challenge.

For their reward, the women hop a private jet to wine country. The men, however, will keep their feet firmly planted on the ground. Their punishment includes cleaning up the 3K race track and prepping for service that night.

Just minutes before the doors of Hell's Kitchen open, Dan and Michael get into an argument. But they'll have to put their differences aside if they want to earn their first victory.

In addition to the regular menu, the chefs will be preparing a tableside Greek salad. Chef Ramsay chooses Cyndi for the Red Team and Jeremy on the men's team to complete the task.

Despite his teammates' concerns, Ray's risotto has gotten the Blue Kitchen off to a good start. But Jeremy struggles to keep up the momentum in the dining room. Meanwhile, the Red Team is in perfect sync as Susan successfully delivers her appetizers and Cyndi performs well on the Greek salad station.

Everything seems to be going well until a VIP guest returns his risotto. When Ray rebounds on the app, Jessica stumbles by preparing too big a portion of risotto in the Red Kitchen.

As the men move on to entrees, the spotlight turns to Dan on meat and Michael on garnish to keep them moving. Yet undercooked lamb brings their progress to a halt.

In the Red Kitchen, Jacqueline and Danielle on meat are ready to show Chef Ramsay that they know what they are doing. But he rejects their pink chicken when they bring it to the pass. They quickly correct course, and the patrons are pleased with their output.

But the men can't seem to get it together, leaving half of their diners hungry. Frustrated that Dan can't successfully deliver his lamb, Michael erupts with anger. Despite an intervention by Chef Ramsay, Michael continues to taunt Dan, who finally manages to get lamb out to the guests.

However, the women also hit a snag when Danielle's Wellington is overcooked. She manages to get it right on the third try.

Although both teams manage to feed all of their diners, Chef Ramsay tells them he is not celebrating because there are a lot of issues that have detracted from their success. He gives the win to the men for the first time.

At elimination, the women nominate Danielle for her lack of leadership and Jessica because she might be in over her head. But Chef Ramsay calls Jacqueline forward as well for serving pink chicken. After hearing them all out, he sends Danielle home.
