Having returned from Dallas, the players are enjoying the warm weather with breakfast outside. Ali welcomes them home and congratulates them on the great job they're doing on the ranch. So far, the contestants have lost a grand total of 805 pounds together. But now it's time to look even better, because it's Makeover Week!

Before the players can get in their limos and head out on their shopping sprees, Ali gives them each $1,000 to spend. Not only will the players receive new haircuts and hairstyles, but they'll also attend a mystery concert later tonight. First things first though: find the perfect outfit to accommodate a brand new body.

Michael is disappointed. After all the weight he's lost, he still has to shop at a big and tall store all by himself, while the other players are together, trying on clothes. Michael tries not get too frustrated when some things fit him too snugly.

After shopping for clothes, the players head to Sheer Genius, where owner Jonathan Antin is waiting to greet them. Each player admits they're a bit nervous of the big changes in store for them in the salon chair. Jonathan's having a great time cutting off Michael's hair, and Daris donates his hair to Locks of Love.

Sunshine still can't believe her makeover and says she's never been happier. Even more exciting is a surprise visit from her brothers Arece and Jazz, who are shocked by how amazing she looks. The only person missing is her dad O'Neal.

Koli loves his new look and the attitude that comes with it. As he's checking out his makeover, he notices his parents watching him and immediately lights up. His parents give him a giant hug and tell him how proud they are. Koli tears up as his mother places a lei around his neck.

Ashley loves her makeover. She can't believe how far she's come in the last few weeks. She's even more excited when her sisters surprise her with a visit. Both sisters are moved to tears when they see how great she looks, commenting that Ashley even has collarbones now!

Sam checks himself out after his makeover and has a hard time believing he's looking at his own reflection in the mirror. His parents surprise him, popping out from behind the mirror. Sam is so happy to see them. His mother places a lei of flowers around his neck and tells him how proud she is.

Daris is getting used to his shorter hair and new wardrobe. He keeps doing double takes because he can't believe what he sees in the mirror. The mirror lifts, revealing his father and sister. Realizing how much he's missed his family, Daris is overjoyed to see them.

Michael's shocked when he sees his two sisters on the other side of the mirror. They start crying, unable to believe he's lost 183 pounds. Michael realizes that now he has to be positive role model for them. He's got to keep the weight off and teach them how to be healthy, too.

With their makeovers behind them, it's time for the players to return to reality. They meet Ali at the pool to hear about their latest challenge. Stair climbing machines have been placed over the pool. The players have to continue climbing to keep from falling in. The first person to fall into the pool will get a one-pound disadvantage at the weigh-in, and the winner will receive a one-pound advantage.

Ashley is the first player to slip up and fall into the pool. After over two hours of climbing, the challenge comes down to Daris and Koli fighting it out for that one-pound advantage. Just as the clock hits two hours and 30 minutes, Daris falls into the pool. Koli is declared the winner!

Jillian and Bob love the players' new looks, but quickly remind them it's time to hit the gym. Jillian concentrates on Ashley, now that she knows she has a one-pound disadvantage at the weigh-in. Jillian pushes Ashley to her limits in the gym with cardio and weights. Ashley's beginning to believe she can be one of the final four.

Sam and Michael fall below the yellow line at the weigh-in. Once again, the trainers declare that Sam has come so far on the ranch, that he really has no more weight to lose. At elimination, Sam receives the most votes and he realizes it's time to go home. He thanks everybody for the wonderful experience and notes he'll miss his time with Koli.
