Ali shows up at the house to tell the players about their latest temptation challenge. The kitchen is closed, but there's a room full of very bad food and healthy food in the next room. The player who consumes the most calories in that room will cast the only vote in elimination. The players are shocked.

Sam worries. If he falls below the yellow line one more time, he'll be eliminated. Koli says that won't happen because he'll consume the most calories in the room of food and thus gain control of the voting. Koli walks into the room to eat donuts, bacon, and more high caloric food. His final calorie count is over 1,500.

Ali tells the players the final results of the temptation challenge. Almost everyone continued to eat healthy, regardless of the reward for eating poorly. Ali announces that Koli has won the challenge by consuming over 4,100 calories for the entire day. Sam is relieved his cousin won the challenge.

At the midnight hour, Sam and Koli put on boxing gloves, determined to burn the calories that Koli consumed. During his workout, he begins to have stomach pains and vows never to eat that much junk food ever again.

Bob and Jillian walk into the gym and feel a strange vibe in the room. The players fill them in on the temptation challenge and the results. Both trainers are furious with Koli's choice to eat 4,100 calories. Jillian's angry because she feels Sam doesn't really need to be on the ranch anymore, and Koli should stand up for himself.

Bob and Jillian forget about the temptation challenge and go back to working out the players. Watching Sam and Koli work out, O'Neal finds the courage to push his limits. The other players stop their workouts to watch O'Neal.

Noticing that Ashley's having a difficult time in the gym, Bob takes her outside to talk. Ashley confesses how hard it's been without having her good friend Andrea on the ranch. She knew it would be hard to watch Andrea leave, but didn't imagine that it would be this hard. Bob gives her words of encouragement.

The players meet Ali in front of some giant cranes for this week's challenge. The players have to stack 175 building blocks, and then climb the blocks to grab their flags. The winner gets a one-pound advantage at the weigh-in. The last place player gets a one-pound disadvantage. Daris is the first one to complete the challenge.

O'Neal is close to completing the challenge when his knee gives out and he falls. The medics are immediately called over to help. Sunshine rushes to O'Neal's side because she knows he would do the same thing for her. Unfortunately, O'Neal receives the one-pound disadvantage.

Back at the ranch, O'Neal tells everyone that after some bandages on his knee, he's back in the game. The trainers give the players some good news - they're taking a field trip to the beach! The catch is Bob and Jillian will be staying at the ranch. Once the players arrive at the beach, they meet up with volleyball superstar Gabrielle Reece.

After Gabrielle gives the players an intense workout on the beach, she tells them to go have some fun. Some of the players go so far as to jump in the ocean to cool off, taking advantage of being away from the ranch.

O'Neal confesses that he's had one of the worst weeks since his arrival on the ranch. Aside from hurting his knee during the challenge and having a one-pound weight disadvantage, he also received news that his brother passed away from cancer. O'Neal's biggest regret is not saying goodbye to him.

Bob spends some alone time with O'Neal to help work on his emotions. O'Neal breaks down and talks about how sad he is for not saying goodbye to his brother. Bob assures O'Neal that he's strong and he's on the ranch for all the right reasons. Later in the gym, O'Neal loses his temper and breaks down, crying on Jillian's shoulder.

At the weigh-in, O'Neal gets on the scale and is a bit nervous. Knowing he has the one-pound disadvantage, he doesn't know what to expect. He's happy to see he lost eight pounds and is staying above the yellow line.

Victoria and Sunshine have fallen below the yellow line, and it's up to Koli to cast his vote as to who should be eliminated. In the end, Koli decides to eliminate Victoria because he feels she wasn't giving it her all in the gym. Victoria tells Koli that his reason for choosing her is wrong, but she vows to work out harder at home.
