Bob came back to the gym and couldn't believe the anger in Jillian's face. Jillian gave Bob a recap of how she lost her temper and threw Amy out of the gym. Bob agreed that the contestants were going to have to realize they aren't at the ranch to just have fun.

Bob took his teams on a little field trip to their local Subway so they could check out what great meals they could have when eating healthy. Bob also pointed out that it is extra smart to park far way from the destination, to get an extra walk in.

Jillian sensed some tension between Michelle and her mother and felt it was time for Michelle to address her problems. Jillian was more concerned with the fact that Michelle was focusing more on not wanting to hurt her mom, instead of trying to get healthy while on the ranch. Jillian wanted Michelle to leave the ranch feeling empowered.

Jillian was nervous for her teams at the weigh in. Especially since she knew they weren't going the extra mile when it came time for their workouts. The week before, she'd had two players below the yellow line and she not want to see that happen again.

Before the weigh in could begin, Ali told the teams that only one player would be eliminated and return home, while their team member would stay on the ranch. It was up to the teams to decide who that person would be after the weigh ins were complete.

Ali also had to let Coleen know that since she was the only member of the Yellow team left, if she fell below the line she would have to be sent home, since she had already sent her father home the week before.

Amy was very happy with the results of the weigh in because for the first time in several years, she had lost enough weight to put her below 200 pounds. Phil was so proud of his wife and knew she deserved the five-pound weight loss because of how much work she'd put into her exercise.

It was time for the Orange team to weigh in. Heba was completely shocked and happy when the scale revealed she'd lost eight pounds. Everybody applauded her accomplishment. Unfortunately, Ed turned around to see the scale and learned he'd lost no weight for the week.

All the teams were visibly upset with Heba and Ed falling below the yellow line. Brady and Vicky called the Orange team their second family on the ranch and were broken to tears with the fact that one of them would have to go home.

After having an hour to discuss who would be sent home, Ed and Heba returned to the elimination room with the rest of the teams. Ed made it a point to say that no matter who was going to be sent home, both he and Heba were winning the fight to take back their health.

Ed and Heba announced that Ed would be leaving the ranch and Heba would be staying. Before he left, Ed made it a point to thank Heba for entering his life and helping him to lose weight on the ranch. Heba was certain Ed would come to the finale as the at-home winner.
