Allison greets the contestants in a diner and informs them that they'll be competing in a pop trivia challenge. The losing team members will have to work in the diner for the entire week while maintaining their rigorous workout regimen. At the end of the quiz, the White Team comes up short. The Red and Blue Teams are relieved, but unfortunately the White Team will have to work the entire week in the diner.

On the first day of work at the diner, the members of the White Team realize that this week's challenge is also a temptation challenge. They're surrounded by delicious (but unhealthy) diner food all day long. On top of that, they'll have a rigorous workout waiting for them back at the ranch. Luckily, they devise a little bit of a revenge plan: they decide to take a few bags of unhealthy leftovers back to the ranch to tempt their competition.

Back on the ranch, Dolvett gets real with the Red Team. Luckily, the Red Team members have reached the point where they get it. While they're concerned about life outside of the ranch, they also trust that Dolvett is putting them on the path to success. Outside, the Blue Team works harder than ever, and Bob is pleased with his group's progress. Still, he's keeping a close eye on Hap, who narrowly survived last week's elimination

Later that night, Jillian meets the White Team after the diner shift. The team looks exhausted, but Jillian refuses to go easy on them. Luckily, they all recognize the stakes on the table, and they're willing to put in the hard work to avoid elimination this week. The White Team is nervous, though; life on the ranch is all about routine, and the routine has been completely broken this week.

In the kitchen, the Blue Team comes across a ruthless temptation: the White Team has left a table covered with diner food d for its competition. As tempting as the treats are, the Blue Team members are able to resist. But can they resist the cookies that the White Team also left on their pillows?

Dolvett has arranged a special treat for Jennifer: he's set up a Skype chat with Jennifer's family, and he has also decided to help Jennifer's daughter, Taylor, using the skills he learned with Lindsay during Season 14. By instilling some simple diet and exercise practices in Taylor's routine, Dolvett hopes that he can help yet another child begin a path to healthier living.

By the second day of diner duty, the White Team is completely exhausted. Jillian refuses to go easy on her team, though. At this point in the season, there's no room for error. The Blue Team and Red Team are anticipating that the White Team will be working extra hard this week, so they'll have to bring their A-game as well.

At the end of the week, it's time for the weigh-ins! The Blue Team hits the scale first. Hap drops 11 pounds, Chelsea loses four pounds, Matt sheds nine pounds, and Bobby relinquishes three pounds. The Red Team weighs in next. David ditches five pounds, Tanya says bye-bye to four pounds, Jennifer sheds seven pounds, and Rachel drops seven pounds, saving David from potential elimination. The White Team weighs in next.

Jay and Marie each ditch six pounds, and Tumi drops nine pounds. That means the White Team is safe from elimination, but unfortunately someone on the Blue Team is heading home tonight. Bobby pulled the lowest loss for the Blue Team, which means that his time on the ranch has come to an end.
