Irene is taking the elimination of her mother really hard. She is tearful at the thought that everybody else on the ranch has a teammate except her. This is the time she really needs the support from someone like her mom.

Ali calls Bob and Jillian's players into the living room because has an update for them about the other teams. She tells them the five teams with the mystery trainers lost more weight then the six teams she is looking at right now. Ali goes on to tell the players that if they lose more weight than the other team this week, they will all have immunity, not to mention the winning team at the weigh-in will receive $10,000.

Bob and Jillian split their teams up and work out. Bob concentrates on the biggest guy on the ranch, Arthur - making him jog at an easy pace. With Bob's encouragement, Arthur succeeds in the jog and tells Bob that's the longest he's ever gone on a treadmill, and credits thoughts of his family for keeping him going.

Back at the "Unknowns'" location, the mystery trainers are busy working out their own teams. The mystery female trainer is encouraging Denise to take out all of her anger from her childhood and channel it through boxing. The rest of the players encourage Denise in her efforts.

While working out with Jillian, Jennifer has a breakthrough. She admits to Jillian that she's afraid if she loses weight and her father doesn't, she'll feel guilty. Jillian encourages Jennifer to open up to Jay about this.

Bob and Jillian's players receive a nice little package from the other teams at the unknown location, a box of warm donuts. Arthur takes the donuts and encourages all the players to step on them. Arthur realizes he is very tempted to take a bite out of a smashed-up donut, but he fights the temptation.

The players all go back to Dr. H and he tells them what their "inner-age" really is. Courtney is devastated to hear her inner-age is 40, much older than she really is. Meanwhile, Olivia starts crying when Dr. H tells her that her weight can affect her singing.

Back on the ranch, the players all gather in the living room to watch the TV. They see the Unknowns on their screen and all of them are bragging about their weight loss this last week. The players on the ranch are shocked with the Unknowns' results but they are ready to hit the gym and prove they'll win this weigh-in.

It's time for the challenge and Bob and Jillian's teams all gather at the beach where Ali shows them a stack of air mattresses. She tells the players they will have to make a bridge out of the air mattresses from one side of the pier to the canals. The Unknowns are already done and competed their challenge in 37 minutes. If Bob and Jillian's team win the challenge, they earn a three-pound advantage; if not, the Unknowns can use it against Bob and Jillian's team.

Bob is feeling the pressure from his and Jillian's team, especially because Jillian has been under the weather. He shows up at the gym and is eager to hear about the challenge. The players have sad looks on their faces and it's obvious they didn't beat the Unknowns' time. He takes them to the gym to work out their frustrations.

Back at the Unknowns' training location, the players are just as determined to win the weigh-in with the help of the mystery trainers. The Unknowns are sure they're going to lose the most weight for the second week in a row, especially because they've won the three-pound advantage.

Bob and Jillian's teams line up for the weigh-in. Ali informs them that the Unknowns have lost a total of 2.46% and they will have to beat that in order to have immunity for the week. In the end, Bob and Jillian's team lose enough weight to beat the Unknowns at the weigh-in. Each player has also won $10,000. Ali tells them they've beat the Unknowns by 11 pounds.
