The 'About Damn Time' hitmaker speaks out after the show released a special episode called 'South Park: The End of Obesity,' wherein the drug 'Lizzo' is an alternative medication to Ozempic and Mounjaro.

AceShowbiz - Lizzo proved she's the queen of being unbothered and fans loved it. The "About Damn Time" hitmaker gained praise for how she reacted to "South Park" joking about her taking Ozempic.
Making use of Instagram on Saturday, May 25, the 36-year-old shared a side-by-side blind reaction of the segment. "Guys, my worst fear has been actualized. I've been referenced in a South Park episode. I'm so scared," she first quipped.
In the Friday special episode called "South Park: The End of Obesity", the drug "Lizzo" is an alternative medication to Ozempic and Mounjaro. "Now there's a whole new obesity drug for those of us who can't afford Ozempic and Mounajro. I''ve controlled all my cravings to be thinner, with Lizzo!" said the character Sharon, which surprised the singer.
The clip launched into a commercial for the drug, where a voiceover said, "FDA-approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight, and it costs 90% less than Ozempic." It added, "In case studies, 70% of patients on Lizzo no longer cared how much they weighed."
While Lizzo placed her mouth over her hand as she watched the video, the fake commercial continued: “Lizzo helps you eat everything you want and keep physical activity to a minimum."
As the voiceover began to list off possible side effects of the drug, a character was seen holding up Lizzo's album. "Ask about the power of not giving a f**k, with Lizzo," the ad concluded, to which Lizzo snapped her fingers and said, "Period."
Weighing in on the spoof, Lizzo declared, "That's crazy. I just feel like, damn, I'm really that b***h." She went on, "I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years. I'm really that b***h and I show you how to not give a f**k and I'll keep showing you how to not give a f**k."
Many have since applauded Lizzo for her reaction, with one writing, "This is the most back handed compliment ever." Another wrote, "I was so hoping you weren't going to be offended but see this as a win and you didn't disappoint me."
