The 'Anaconda' rapper recorded and live-streamed her recent brush with the law in Amsterdam, alleging conspiracy to plant drugs on her and sabotage her tour.

AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj found herself in a precarious situation in Amsterdam on Saturday, May 25 stirred by an apparent arrest that she live-streamed on Instagram. The "Anaconda" rapper was seen engaging with local police officers who claimed they were detaining her because she's "carrying drugs." Minaj was quick to deny these allegations, responding, "I'm not carrying drugs."

The Instagram Live, which spanned over three minutes, showed Minaj stating, "I need a lawyer present now" as she resisted stepping into a police vehicle. She also expressed concerns about her next scheduled performance in Manchester, UK, but the officer assured Minaj that someone would "try to get [her] there."

This arrest came after Minaj claimed Amsterdam Airport Schiphol officials had searched and taken her luggage without consent, supposedly planting items on her. She suggested that the debacle is part of a larger scheme aimed at sabotaging her tour.

"They're being paid big money to try to sabotage my tour b/c soooooo many ppl are mad that it's this successful & they can't eat off me. They got caught stealing money from my travel/jets. Got fired. Got mad. Etc.," she ranted on Twitter.

Minaj's ordeal climaxed when authorities claimed they found weed in her luggage, an accusation she vehemently denied by stating that her security had already informed the officers about the ownership of the pre-rolls.

It's noteworthy that marijuana possession is legal in Amsterdam, provided the amount does not exceed five grams. Despite this, the situation escalated, adding another layer of complexity to Minaj's already chaotic tour schedule.

The rapper's comments about "sabotage" and data privacy laws regarding the police's inability to disclose details about her arrest further complicated public perceptions. She also criticized her former team, alleging they were conspiring to make her late for shows to generate negative media stories.

"They try to make me book another jet every time. All b/c I fired mngmnt who I found out for years were adding on 30-50K on my jet & pocketing it. I fired a tour mngr recently who was doing the same thing & mad he got the boot," she explained in her series of tweets.

On Instagram, she added, "They've been trying to stop me from coming to every show. They took my bags before I could see them. Put it on the plane. Now saying they're waiting on customs. This is what it looks like when ppl are paid big money to try to sabotage a tour after all else failed. Everything they've done is illegal."

"Oh yea & the pilot wants me to take my ig post down," she claimed. "They didn't know I was planning for them just like they were planning for me. Me filming every single thing made them really mad."

Minaj's fans were quick to rally behind her on social media, expressing their support and outrage. For now, they remain on high alert, hoping for her swift release and resumption of her tour. The unfolding drama around Nicki Minaj in Amsterdam is a stark reminder of the pitfalls that accompany the glittering world of celebrity status.
