Jason, who recently received 128-day jail sentence from crashing the pop star's June wedding to Sam Asghari, is now facing felony charges for an alleged crime that he did back in 2016.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears' ex Jason Alexander faces another legal trouble. According to a new report, Jason, who recently received 128-day jail sentence from crashing Britney's wedding to Sam Asghari, is now facing felony charges for an alleged old crime.

The Napa County Sheriff told TMZ that Jason was booked on Tuesday, August 16 on an arrest warrant issued back in 2016 which was stemming from an alleged jewelry theft. The report went on to state that he has been charged with two felonies, grand theft and buying/receiving stolen property.

He was reportedly picked up by Napa authorities on Tuesday from Ventura County jail after serving sentence for crashing Britney's nuptials back in June.

Jason previously was convicted of trespassing and battery after attempting to crash the singer's wedding. He received the jail sentence after he pleaded no contest to trespassing and battery, a charge which was related to him allegedly hitting a security guard. Additionally, he was not allowed within 100 yards of Britney, or the member of her security team who was involved in the incident as he's placed under a criminal protective order.

At the time, Jason breached security at Britney and Sam's lavish wedding. He also filmed the entire thing live, which was broadcast on his social media account. After being approached, Jason got into a fight with one of her security guards, which led to his arrest.

A recent report claimed that the "...Baby One More Time" hitmaker thought that Jason's jail sentence was "not long enough." Despite that, the pop star and her husband reportedly "believe that justice has been served." A source said, "She feels safe knowing that Jason is behind bars for now and she believes that the three-year restraining order she was granted against him is sufficient."

"After having one of the most difficult weeks of her life, Britney is relieved that Jason was found guilty for what he did on her wedding day," the source added, referring to the fact that Britney recently had to deal with a drama involving her other ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
