The NBA star and the Good American founder, who are already parents of their daughter True Thompson, welcomed a baby boy together via surrogate earlier this month.

AceShowbiz - Tristan Thompson seemingly wants to tell the world how he feels after Khloe Kardashian gets full custody of their second child. In a cryptic social media post, the NBA star said that he's now "wiser."
On Thursday, August 11, the 31-year-old athlete turned to his Instagram page to share a photo of himself wearing a floral shirt, black pants and white sneakers. Along with the picture, he cryptically wrote, "I never switched sides, I switched lanes. I got wiser and realize we aren't all built the same #DontTryMe."
The cryptic phrase was similar to lyrics from MP2K13's song titled "Self Made", which begins with, "I never switched sides/ I just switched lanes/ Got older and realized/ Everybody ain't the same."
The post came one day after it's reported he and Khloe "have agreed that Khloe will have sole legal and physical custody of their baby full time." A source told HollywoodLife.com, "Even though Khloe will have full custody of the baby, she's more than happy for Tristan to be present in their child's life as much as he wants."
The so-called insider went on to say that "Tristan is so excited to have welcomed a son because he really wanted another boy." The informant added, "Tristan already has such a close bond with True and he loves seeing how excited she is to have become a big sister."
Khloe and Tristan, who are already parents of 4-year-old True Thompson, welcomed their second baby via surrogate on August 5. "Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing," a rep for the 38-year-old reality star told Page Six at the time. "We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."
The embryo was implanted into a surrogate in November 2021, but by December words got out that Tristan had secretly fathered a child, a son named Theo, with another woman, Maralee Nichols.
Despite having another child together, it's reported that Khloe and the basketballer are not on romantic terms. "Khloe is keeping very firm boundaries," a source claimed earlier this month. The Good American founder reportedly is "very clear that she wants Tristan there for the kids and that's it, end of story." The insider added, "And the good news is that he really has stepped up, he's been spending a ton of time with True which is so good for her."
