The 'Baywatch' actress was forced to come face to face with David Cako, a man who arrived at her home brandishing a loaded gun, just days before she tied the knot in New Orleans.

AceShowbiz - Alexandra Daddario had to show up in court a few days before her wedding to Andrew Form. The "Baywatch" actress was forced to face a creepy stalker, David Cako, who once arrived at her home bringing a loaded gun.

Radar reported on Monday, July 4 that the "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief" actress arrived at the Los Angeles Superior Court on June 23 with her attorney Blair Burke before she flew to New Orleans to exchange her vow with her longtime love.

The documents obtained by the outlet also showed that Alexandra's temporary restraining order against David was extended. He must stay away from "The White Lotus" actress until September 19. This is the second time her temporary restraining order has been extended.

In February, Alexandra was forced to move out of her L.A. home following a terrifying incident. LAPD descended on the 36-year-old actress' property after receiving a 911 call that an "irate" man was knocking on her door and screaming.

When the police arrived, they detained David, searched his vehicle and made a startling discovery. Inside the car, law enforcement found a loaded handgun. Cops arrested him on a weapons charge.

As if the situation wasn't scary enough, David was released from jail hours later after posting a $35,000 bond. According to Alexandra, when she learned he was out, police instructed her to pack up and leave her premises for "safety concerns."

Alexandra later revealed she thought he was a construction worker when she came to her door. "When I opened the front door, I observed the Respondent standing immediately outside my doorway as if he was intending to enter my home. I did not recognize him. He did not say anything," she said in a statement. "He just stood there as I observed that he was physically shaking and trembling in a highly intense and nervous manner."

Alexandra then said that she found out about David's gun through the authorities. "I have been informed by law enforcement that Respondent David Cako was in possession of a loaded rearm, along with two fully loaded 9 round magazines, when he arrived at my home," the actress stated, before confessing that the encounter caused her "severe emotional distress."
