Along with his alleged girlfriend and fellow former Disney star Danni Tamburro, the 'Freakish' star was arrested on Wednesday, January 24 at 2 P.M. in Burbank, north of Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - Former Disney star Adam Hicks has been arrested in connection with multiple armed street robberies. The "Zeke and Luther" star and fellow former Disney star Danni Tamburro, who is reportedly Adam's girlfriend, were detained on Wednesday, January 24 at 2 P.M. in Burbank, north of Los Angeles.

Sgt. Derek Green of the Burbank Police Department in Los Angeles stated in an email to Entertainment Weekly that Adam "was arrested yesterday afternoon in connection with a string of armed robberies that occurred yesterday morning." The 25-year-old actor, who is currently being held on a $350,000 bail, is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.

A 52-year-old man was said to be approached by "a male armed with a handgun" while walking in Burbank. The man, who allegedly was Adam, demanded the elderly gentleman's wallet before the latter managed to escape safely. Later, when the authorities investigated the first time, three additional robberies occurred in the same area within minutes.

TMZ reported that two of the victims were elderly women in their 70s.

Danni was suspected to be driving the vehicle, a dark-colored Kia, during the robberies. Officers were able to identify the perpetrators with the help of the victims' and the witnesses' description on the car. Officers reportedly "found property with the vehicle belonging to one of the robbery victims, and additional stolen property in a nearby area."

It's not the first arrest for Adam as he has two prior arrests on his record. TMZ said that both arrests were last year in Los Angeles. He was busted for firing a gun in July and charged for a battery in September. Both cases were rejected by the D.A. due to insufficient evidence.

In addition to "Zeke and Luther", Adam appeared on "Pair of King" and probably is best known for his role as Wen in 2011's "Lemonade Mouth". He recently made an appearance on Hulu's "Freakish".
