Another song from the "Fifty Shades of Grey" soundtrack has been unveiled in anticipation of the movie. Skylar Grey debuted her contribution called "I Know You" along with its accompanying lyric video on Vevo on Tuesday, February 3.
The slow-tempo, piano-driven ballad finds Grey singing about loving a man who puts up barriers on his heart. "Don't complicate it/ Don't let the past dictate/ I have been patient but slowly/ I'm losing faith," she sings.
In addition to "I Know You", the "Fifty Shades of Grey" soundtrack album has been preceded by The Weeknd's "Earned It", Ellie Goulding "Love Me Like You Do" and Sia Furler's "Salted Wound". The disc, which will also feature a new version of Beyonce Knowles' "Crazy in Love", is scheduled for release on February 10.
The film, meanwhile, is opening in U.S. theaters on February 13, just in time for Valetine's Day. Based on an erotic novel by E. L. James, the R-rated flick stars Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey, Dakota Johnson as his girlfriend and Rita Ora as his sister among others.
