The hotel heiress is facing a lawsuit by a shoe company which claims the hotel heiress has stolen their insole design for her own fashion line.

AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton's shoe collection will lead her to enter into a court. The hotel heiress is being sued by a shoe company named Gwyneth Shoes, which accuses her of stealing their design, a heart-shaped pad on the insole, for her own fashion line. The company claims they filed to patent the heart cushion idea in 2007, few months before Paris launched her own brand of shoes in February 2008.

According to TMZ, Gwyneth Shoes has filed the lawsuit documents last week in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, which is located in Seattle. The company is suing for trademark and patent infringement and demands Paris to hand over every pair of the allegedly "infringing" shoes.

Back in 2008, when Paris Hilton released her shoe collection, she called her line chic, high quality and affordable. "Paris Hilton Footwear is perfect for the fashion-forward young woman who wants to look and feel great from head-to-toe, without spending a fortune," the Doug Reinhardt's girlfriend stated at that time.
