A first look at Henry Cavill as a spy agent on new movie "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." was revealed. "Man of Steel" actor carried a vintage suitcase and looked dapper wearing a suit as he filmed his scene Thursday, September 19 in London. He was joined by director Guy Ritchie.
In the spy-fi period film, the "Immortals" hunk plays CIA agent Napoleon Solo who must put aside his longstanding feud with KGB agent Illya Kuryakin (Armie Hammer) to join forces in a joint mission against a mysterious criminal organization, which is working to proliferate nuclear weapons.
Set against the backdrop of the early 1960s at the height of the Cold War, the feature film is supported by the likes of Hugh Grant, Alicia Vikander, Jared Harris and Elizabeth Debicki. Italian actor Luca Calvani is tapped to play the main villain, a wealthy shipping heir who smuggled Nazi gold by the end of World War II and who by the early 1960s came into the selling of nuclear weapons.
No release date has been set for the movie.
