"Shots Fired" is an American police procedural drama television series that premiered on Fox on March 22, 2017. The series follows the aftermath of the shooting of an unarmed black teenager by a white police officer in a racially divided North Carolina town. The show stars Stephan James, Sanaa Lathan, and Helen Hunt. A promo for the first season of the show, titled "The Lines Have Been Drawn," was released on YouTube in January 2017.
