The Mick is an American sitcom television series created by Dave and John Chernin that premiered on Fox on January 1, 2017. The series stars Kaitlin Olson as Mackenzie "Mickey" Murphy, a hard-living, foul-mouthed woman who becomes the guardian of her wealthy niece and nephews after their parents are arrested for fraud. The series has been praised for Olson's performance, as well as its sharp writing and humor.
