Alone in Berlin International Trailer 3

Alone in Berlin is a historical drama film directed by Vincent Pérez. The film is based on the 1947 novel of the same name by Hans Fallada and tells the story of Otto and Anna Quangel, a working-class couple in Berlin who begin to distribute anonymous postcards protesting the Nazi regime after their son is killed in the war. The film stars Emma Thompson, Brendan Gleeson, Daniel Brühl, and Mikael Persbrandt.

A trailer for the film was released on YouTube in September 2016. The trailer shows Otto and Anna distributing their postcards, as well as the reactions of the Nazi authorities and the German people. The trailer also features a brief glimpse of the film's climax, in which Otto and Anna are arrested and executed for their actions.
