The first season of Graves is set to air on Showtime in 2016. Graves is a new series that follows former President Richard Graves as he adjust to life after leaving the White House. The show stars Nick Nolte as Graves, and the cast also includes Sela Ward, Skylar Astin, and Molly Parker. The show's creators, Joshua Michael Stern and Warren Leight, have said that they were inspired to create the show after watching the 2016 presidential election. They wanted to explore what would happen to a president after they left office, and how they would adjust to life outside of the White House. The show's creators also wanted to explore the relationship between the president and his family, and how that relationship would change after he left office.
