The tragic news of Steven Sotloff's death hit the web as the email was being sent. Our deepest sympathies are with him and his family, and we don't take the news lightly. Had we have known this information prior, we would have never released the alert and realize it's in poor taste," read an email from ThinkJam which released the campaign.

Gearing up for its second season, "" teases fans with a new promo that features some new characters. Introduced in the video that includes commentaries from the cast and executive producers are Sakina Jaffrey's Sheriff Reyes, Timothy Busfield's Benjamin Franklin, and 's Nick Hawley.

Sheriff Reyes replaces Frank Irving who is now in jail. Star describes her as a "hard-nosed, takes-no-prisoners, get-in-line kind of woman." Benjamin Franklin will appear in flashbacks as the show is expanding "this history between Ichabod and George Washington that talked about this secret war that was part of the American Revolution" which was first addressed in season 1.

Ichabod, who is pulled from two and a half centuries through time, looks confused as he pulls a pen from its holder. He then asks an approaching staffer, "People entrust the bank with their fortunes, but they can't be trusted with a simple ink well?" only to receive an explanation about credit card.

"" will stay on for a second season. FOX has renewed the rookie series after airing just three episodes, marking the first pick-up for a freshman in this fall season. The show will be back for at least 13 episodes in its second run.
