An extended sneak peek at "" was shared during ABC's special "Marvel: 75 Years, From Pulp to Pop!" on Tuesday, November 4. The two-and-a-half-minute video sees Peggy Carter sending off Howard Stark who is headed somewhere overseas.

Edwin Jarvis, who drove them to the dock, then introduces himself to Carter. He apparently had been tailing her before in an alleyway. The scene then cuts to Carter beating up a man in a kitchen.

The very first promo for "" has arrived. Debuted on Tuesday Night, October 28, the teaser features 's character Peggy Carter looking amazing as she's getting ready for action. "Sometimes the best man for the job is a woman," a voiceover is heard saying.

"Agent Carter" will center around Carter in the year 1946 as she must balance the routine office work she does for the Strategic Scientific Reserve while secretly working with Howard Stark on missions.

Another "" star is joining Hayley Atwell on "". Marvel announced on Tuesday, September 30 that would reprise his role as young Howard Stark on the upcoming ABC series.

After starring as the father of Tony Stark in the first "Captain America" film, Cooper made a cameo appearance in "Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter". The actor said back in January that he would like to reprise the role on "Agent Carter" if there's a possible way to include his character.

ABC's upcoming series "" has recruited two new actors. ("", "") and Enver Gjokaj ("") are added to the cast as series regulars, Marvel has announced.

Murray, who is best known for his portrayal of Lucas Scott on The CW's "", is cast in the role of Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR) Agent Jack Thompson. Gjokaj, who played Victor on Joss Whedon's science fiction "Dollhouse", will portray Agent Daniel Sousa.

Another Marvel TV project on ABC is shaping up. Confirming the scoop first reported by Deadline, ABC Entertainment Group president Paul Lee has said that "" creators Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas are tapped as showrunners for potential "Agent Carter" series.

Lee made the announcement at the TCA winter press tour, where he also revealed that 's Sif would make appearance on "". He gushed over the "Agent Carter" script written by "" screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, "That certainly has a good chance to be on the network."
