July 14, 2010 02:07:17As promised, Lauren Conrad appeared on "The Hills" for the last time at the after-party held right after the season finale aired on MTV Tuesday, July 13. The original star of the reality show turned back her previous statement that it was a fake show, saying she is "proud" as part of it, had "fun" while filming it and never regretted a moment of it.
A season 1 reel was then played, showing Lauren as a bleach blonde, applying for a spot in Teen Vogue. Asked which moment she considered the darkest while working there, Lauren said, "I think that my worst day was, and I feel bad saying it, because she's here now, the day I met Kelly Cutrone and she made me cry." But she quickly clarified, "I love Kelly."

Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port Return to 'The Hills'
July 02, 2010 10:07:22Lauren Conrad will indeed pay homage to the show that catapulted her to stardom. The 24-year-old will re-appear on "The Hills" just few months after she announced her departure from the reality show to concentrate on other projects. The MTV show is ending July 13 after six seasons.
The return has been confirmed by a rep who said Lauren will come back not in the finale episode but a live show after that. Lauren, who is the original heroine before Kristin Cavallari replaced her in season 6, will also be reunited with Whitney Port who also left the show for her own set of reality, "The City".

April 26, 2010 02:04:00The producers and cast of hit reality show "The Hills" were in talks to extend the show's ending after discovering series exes Brody Jenner and Kristin Cavallari still have feelings for each other. Cavallari revealed there were plans to shoot an extra 12 episodes that could revolve around her relationship with hunk Jenner, who is reportedly dating Avril Lavigne.
She told Eonline.com, "I would like to do it. I'm in such a rhythm with things and I'm having a great time. We're just now starting to get into some really good juicy stuff with a few new people. So I think we could do another 12 episodes and make it pretty good."

'The Hills' Ending in Season 6
March 25, 2010 02:03:21"The Hills" is coming to an end after season 6. "I think we've told the story of struggle and of finding yourself in L.A.," creator Adam DiVello told EW. "A lot of these kids have found themselves and have certainly embarked on different careers and different paths."
The sixth season and final 12 episodes will premiere on April 27. It begins with Heidi Montag who will show her mother the result of her plastic surgeries. "We tell the whole story. We pick right up where Heidi goes and sees her parents. And our cameras are there that minute the mother opens the door and sees her daughter for the first time." Executive producer Liz Gateley said, "It's a really touching but heartbreaking scene to watch."

The source said he was asked to leave the show to do anger management training.
"All of that stuff about him leaving The Hills to fight cyber crime is not true," the source told the publication. "the show agreed that Spencer would leave The Hills for six weeks to do anger management training once a week at home. If he completes it, he can return to the show."

The rep said to E! Online that Cabrera is indeed appearing on the series but he has yet to sign any deal. The shooting he was involved in was done at Hollywood hot spot La Vida. The reality show star has been signed to appear on "The Hills" again after weeks of negotiations and at the same time, she will begin the production of her own reality show which is produced by Mark Burnett.
"I can officially confirm that Audrina Patridge will appear in the 6th season of The Hills," Jennifer Shoucair Weaver, a rep for the actress, told Us Magazine.
