Main Cast

Erika, Craig and Taylor wait in the suite for someone to return from the Final Face-Off. Erika says she wants Michelle to return. But when Amy walks in the door, Erika acts as if that's what she wanted all along.

In the outer beauty challenge, the contestants will train and perform as a blackjack dealer at a high roller table. They will be observed by an actual casino pit boss, and judged on their appearance, dealing skill, and customer satisfaction. The contestants with the two highest scores will be safe from elimination. The other two contestants will head to the Final Face-Off.

The contestants learn about this challenge in a surprise visit from Carson, after they have been partying at the pool all day. Taylor is drunk and unable to full control his motor skills. Amy is terrified to deal blackjack because she is not good at math. Craig is calm. Erika is confident that she can win this challenge.

The hidden camera-inner beauty challenge has two parts. The first challenge tests the contestant's willingness to speak up and right a wrong situation. As the contestants are riding down to the casino in an elevator, they encounter a pregnant woman who is smoking and drinking. Who will speak up and tell her those activities could harm her unborn baby? Erika and Taylor do speak up; Craig and Amy do not.

The second hidden camera challenge tests compassion. As the contestants are being trained by a blackjack dealer, a boss comes in and yells at the dealer. Will the contestants comfort the belittled employee? Taylor, Amy and Erika offer consoling words. Craig does not.

At the dealer table, Erika shines, and wins the challenge. The pit boss notes that her dealing skills weren't great, but they were better than any other contestant. Taylor comes in second place and is safe from elimination. Craig and Amy do a terrible job at dealing and head to the Final Face-Off.

The judges deliberate between Craig and Amy. Both contestants failed to stop the smoking pregnant lady, and Craig also failed to console the belittled blackjack trainer. But Amy said nasty things about other people in the competition while Craig didn't. The judges need one more test to see which of the contestants can actually look beyond themselves and help someone else.

In the final straw, Craig and Amy individually meet a single woman trying to load luggage and a baby into her SUV. She's clearly got her hands full and needs help. Will either contestant offer assistance? Craig does, but Amy does not.

The judges eliminate Amy, and she reacts with confusion. She is too self-absorbed to know what she did wrong. She says she just wants to go home.
