Taylor returns to the suite first and the team celebrates! But hot on Taylor's heels is Liz, and the celebration stops it its tracks. The other contestants are shocked and disturbed to see her return. They wonder what happened to Regina but nobody is sure. The only one who is happy to see Liz is Craig, and they immediately re-ignite their flirtation.

In the outer beauty challenge, the 7 contestants must pose for a billboard photo to advertise the Planet Hollywood buffet. But here's the twist: in the photo, the contestants will be wearing nothing but food. Taylor gets sushi. Michelle gets salad. Amy gets pasta. Erika gets ice cream. Liz gets pastries. David gets fruit. Craig gets live crab!

The hidden camera-inner beauty challenge will test compassion. While the contestants are waiting to have their photo taken, they will encounter a makeup artist who has dropped her engagement ring in the trash. Who will dive into the trash to help find it? Erika, Amy, Michelle, and Taylor help her look for the ring. Liz, Craig and David do not.

After the contestants have all encountered the woman with the ring they discuss it amongst themselves. Amy and Erika believe that everyone should have helped. But Craig and David disagree, saying that they are in a competition and they don't have time to stop and help other people.

The photos are judged by Carson and Beth, who pick Erika as the winner. They pick Craig and David as the bottom two, saying their photos were in poor taste. Beth even tells David that she can't stand to look at his photo! David and Craig pack and prepare for the Final Face-Off.

The judges deliberate between Craig and David. Both failed to help the lady look for her engagement ring. And both also failed to help the lady with her tangled-up dog in episode one. In fact, the judges point out, neither man is very compassionate towards other people. On the positive side, David didn't reveal the secret of the Penn & Teller challenge. And Craig doesn't talk behind Liz's back.

The final straw test is to see if the men will stop and take a photo for a tourist couple standing outside the hotel. David takes the photo; Craig doesn't. But then David tanks himself during the Final Face-Off with a plea that is arrogant and self-centered.

David is eliminated. At this point, Vanessa reveals herself as a secret judge and tells David the show is really TRUE BEAUTY. David watches video of his bad behavior, but doesn't really get the message. He says if he had known the competition was about helping people, he would have made different decisions. Too late.
