Synopsis

Bay enlists Emmett to help her find her biological father. And when Daphne catches Bay and Emmett hanging out and wants to know why, they reveal that they may have found her dad and ask her to join them. Daphne decides to join Bay and Emmett on their quest, except it turns out the Angelo they found isn't the right one after all. He's gay. Later, Bay and Emmett start to connect even more and Regina catches them dancing. Daphne confronts Emmett about his new relationship with Bay, and he assures her there is nothing there. But Emmett surprisingly kisses Bay!

Buckner Hall sends out an email to the parents about a stolen chemistry test. Bay realizes Toby has something to do with it, and Daphne urges Toby to step forward and take responsibility. Later, the principal discovers that Wilke stole the chemistry test and he is suspended. Wilke tells Toby he's off the hook and he won't rat him out. But Toby tells John he's going to come clean to the principal.

Meanwhile, to no avail John tries to get in touch with Dale to find out what the hospital board has on their case that they rescinded the settlement. When he finally sees Dale, he reveals that the incriminating evidence the hospital has on their switched case has to do with Regina.

Elsewhere, Regina and Bruce grow closer. Later, Bruce stops by to drop of an earring Regina left at his house. Denise comes by right after and spots the earring on the counter -- it's Denise's earring. She tells Kathryn she's been seeing Bruce too! Kathryn warns Regina that Bruce is still seeing Denise. Regina breaks it off with Bruce when he confirms the truth.

At the end of the episode, Daphne finds Regina's mysterious guitar case! And when she finally discovers the code to crack it open, she discovers photos of Bay throughout the years.
