The Shield Episode 4.03 Bang

While Captain Rawling makes it official and puts Vic Mackey in charge of the new taskforce, Claudette and Dutch find themselves relegated to investigating petty crimes. Vic is thrilled with his new assignment, but the honeymoon period between him and Rawling seems to be eroding quickly as her expectations of how quickly things can turn around seem to be a tad unrealistic - at least to Mackey. The ambitious task force that the new Captain has introduced seizes property from drug dealers, however she immediately find herself struggling with putting a family out on-the-streets when their house is taken away according to her new policy.
