Teddy is interviewed for a radio show where he is pressed on his recent trip to Kashmir. Maidstone-Rist Industries had devised a plan to get water across the border of India and Pakistan to the people of Kashmir who are in great in need of help.

Teddy and Philip have a friend from college, Rhada, who is now one of the most successful businesswomen in all of India. Rhada presents Teddy and Philip with a business proposition to help her homeland of Kashmir. She wants them to invest in the most basic of needs, water.

During Teddy's interview with a radio station, he tells the story of his involvement with this venture. He and Philip had flown to Mumbai six months prior to meet with Rhada and other business officials to generate attention to their cause. Teddy suggests that Maidstone-Rist transport the water between the two countries.

The interviewer asks Teddy about the complications in the deal. Teddy admits to dealing with a few complications, as he says occur in any business deal, but the important part of the process was that the two countries signed it to begin with.

During a press conference in Mumbai after the signing of the deal, a suicide bomber detonates a bomb inside the room. Prior to the press conference, Teddy had distracted a woman handing out the press badges, allowing the bomber to sneak past security. After they escape the press conference unarmed, Teddy and Philip have a difficult conversation with Rhada about whether to continue with the deal.

Rhada's husband is concerned about more attacks and reminds her that their three daughters need their mother. Rhada in turn reminds him that she does this for them. Teddy and Philip agree to push the deal forward.

Teddy meets with leaders from the battling countries. As Teddy and Philip proceed to the border, Rhada works the deal with the New Delhi government. Just as are thinking progress is being made, 20 bombs are set off in New Delhi, killing Rhada and 12 other innocent bystanders.

Teddy and Philip attend Rhada's memorial service to say goodbye to their beloved and brave friend. After the service, Philip insists on going home, but Teddy is determined to carry out Rhada's mission.

Teddy talks to his local contacts to get perspective on the best way to proceed. While visiting a village, he attends a wedding ceremony for a local couple. After the ceremony, Teddy meets with the elders to discuss the options for peace.

After speaking to the elders, Teddy wanders off and gets distracted by some young villagers, who lure him into a barn. After he realizes he is in a bad position, he distracts the men enough to get a head start running away. While trying to escape, his SAT phone gets shot. Teddy runs into a cave only to find a pack of wolves. He manages to hide, while one of the men chasing him isn't as lucky.

Philip and Dax are on the hunt for Teddy when they find the body of the boy eaten by the pack of the wolves. They continue searching for Teddy. Teddy eventually makes it out of the cave the following day, still determined to finish what he started.

Dax gives Teddy a warning to not wander off by himself anymore. Teddy takes a truck of water to the border and negotiates a deal to cross it, thus successfully completing Rhada's mission.
