On their way to the office, Leslie and Ben run into a group of Recall Knope activists who are handing out amazing goodie bags to passersby and encouraging them to recall Leslie. Leslie creates stickers to combat the recall effort and enlists the help of the entire department to deface the Recall Knope paraphernalia that's now covering Pawnee.
Later that morning, Nadia, a young beautiful doctor, comes in to reserve a park for an upcoming vaccination event. Tom is immediately enamored with Nadia and begins talking in a British accent in an awkward attempt to impress her. April immediately picks up on Tom's strange behavior and decides to have some fun with it.
Ben stops by Ron's office to ask Ron if he'll be a witness to his and Leslie's will. Ron rants about how wills are pointless, and he presents his own will to Ben: a folded up, handwritten note stating that all of his possessions will belong to the person or creature that kills him. Ben informs Ron that, if he doesn't have a proper will, all of his money and belongings will go to the government when he dies. Ron immediately requests a meeting with a lawyer.
At the city council meeting, Jamm goes about his usual routine of stonewalling every motion that Leslie puts on the table, ensuring that she won't accomplish anything until she's officially recalled. Leslie is fuming at Jamm's inability to cooperate when Chris interrupts to announce a bigger problem: someone has tweeted a lewd message from the Parks Department's Twitter account. Chris and Leslie immediately head to Donna's desk.
Donna explains that she must have accidentally tweeted the lewd message from the Parks account instead of her own. Normally this wouldn't be a problem. Leslie has already deleted the tweet. Unfortunately, Councilman Jamm finds out about the slip-up as well and holds a press conference where he publicly announces that he's going to organize a hearing to turn the minor issue into a full-blown scandal. At Jamm's hearing, Leslie explains that the tweet was the result of a simple mistake. Jamm, however, refuses to let the issue die. It's going to be a long day.
Ben and Ron head to the lawyer's office, where Ron refuses to divulge any information about his wealth. Ben, on the other hand, knows how to push Ron's buttons. He constantly reminds Ron that, if he doesn't officially leave his money to someone, the government will take it all. This threat alone is enough to get Ron to act, and he reluctantly writes down his net worth for the lawyer, who is flabbergasted at the size of the Swanson fortune.
Meanwhile, Tom devises a plan to keep Nadia in the office until he can muster up the nerve to ask her out: bureaucratic incompetence. He constantly tells Nadia that she needs to fill out more forms and documents in order to secure the park. Eventually, Nadia decides that it's not worth the effort and leaves. As much as she's enjoyed watching Tom flail, April decides it's time to help her little friend, so she and Tom head to the hospital where Nadia works.
Jamm calls on Donna to testify in the Twitter scandal hearing, and he orders the court reporter to read some of Donna's tweets aloud. Most of them consist of Donna complaining about how annoying Leslie is, and Leslie is genuinely hurt by her friend's betrayal. During a break, Chris reads Leslie more of Donna's tweets, in which she talks about how much she loves Leslie. Eventually, Leslie and Donna make amends, and the two of them refuse to answer any more of Jamm's questions, effectively ending the witch hunt.
April and Tom arrive at the hospital and April immediately tells Nadia that Tom has been acting weird because he has a crush on Nadia. Nadia thinks it over and, after a great sales pitch from April, she decides that she'll go on a date with Tom. Meanwhile, Ron informs Ben that he has formally filed a will, and that he would like Ben and Leslie to care for his children if something should happen to him and Diane. Ben is truly touched... and also blown away by the size of Ron's immense fortune.
