Last week, Paris promised to take her BFF's to Vegas for a weekend of partying Paris-style. While preparing for the trip, the girls talk about what could happen and what challenges they could face.

The BFFs are ecstatic when they board Paris' private plane, complete with every imaginable luxury. When the plane arrives in Vegas, a limo is waiting to whisk them away to the Venetian. Heads turn as the girls walk through the casino, but it's the contestants turn to be shocked when they arrive in their Penthouse. Paris announces dinner is at 9, and leaves the girls to prepare.

But, as would typically happen in a hotel room full of girls, drama quickly arises. Kiki claims Shelley's already staked-out spot on a bed with Lauren and, not being the type to argue, Shelley angrily slinks away to the uncomfortable cot in the corner.

When Lauren, who Shelley always thought she was the closest with, doesn't back her up, Shelley vows not to speak to either of them through the rest of the trip. When other girls agree that Kiki was rude, Kiki admits she can be a bitch, but just doesn't care.

Paris arrives at the Penthouse to pick up the girls, and makes it clear that when they're in Vegas with Paris, it's all about partying. But she also warns them that things aren't always as they seem.

The girls make their way through the paparazzi at Tao, assured by Paris that they are the hottest ones in the club. During dinner, drama arises again. Kayley, who swore she wouldn't drink a drop of alcohol in Vegas, immediately begins downing shots. Meanwhile, Lauren thinks it's a good time to yell across the table that Vanessa is completely fake. But Paris won't let petty drama put a damper on her Vegas partying. She brings the girls to the dance floor, and then invites them to an after-hours party being thrown by Jeff Beecher.

Everyone boards the party bus, where things get a little crazy. Those in attendance not only include the BFF's, but a bikini-clad goat and a party monkey. The party bus drops the group off at what Brittany describes as a crazy Halloween party, but weirder. There are little people dressed as Umpa Lumpas, who Kayley pays a little too much drunken attention to, and Paris participates in the illusion of being sawed in half.

The party doesn't stop until 5am. But the girls only manage to drag themselves into bed and rest for two hours before being woken up by shrill whistles. They open their eyes to find showgirls standing over them, dragging them out of bed. With no time to shower, the girls are brought to the Tropicana, where they are told they'll be put through boot camp to get ready to perform at the Folies Bergere, a classic Vegas stage show.

The girls try their best to learn the dance steps, but two hours of sleep and lack of dance experience makes for plenty of mistakes. The girls are even more overwhelmed when they are brought into wardrobe, and find out they will be dressed in little G-strings and bras.

After hours of grueling practice, Paris decides to give her BFF's a break. She arranges for them to go to the Canyon ranch Spa Club for some treatments. But while the girls are deep into relaxation, Paris needs to remind them that this is still a competition. In order to find out how her potential BFF will react to gossip, she secretly sends each girl a note with a scandalous rumor. Most of the girls are able to brush it off as petty gossip, but Lauren becomes overly emotional. She brings Shelley into the bathroom with her to cry in private about how hurt she is that someone said she had been saying bad things about Paris.

The next day, the BFF's head back to Tropicana for the big show. Not only will they be performing in front of Paris, but a packed theater as well. The showgirls sneak in one more rehearsal before the performance. As they are putting on their make-up and costumes for the real thing, Paris pays them a visit. She admits that all the rumors given to them at the spa were false, and only one of the contestants handled it with complete class: Brittany.

The Folies Bergere show kicks off with a special welcome to Paris, and an introduction of her special guests. When the BFF's file onstage, most of them pull of the dance moves with only a few unnoticeable mistakes. Kiki, however, makes no effort to nail the moves, and looks completely lost on stage.

After the BFFs perform two numbers, Paris calls them onstage again to announce the winner in front of the whole audience. Paris tells them that although they all looked great, Kayley looked most enthusiastic and really worked it, so she will be immune from elimination that night. In addition, Paris announces the two contestants who will be up for discussion that night: Kiki and Lauren, but does not reveal the reason.

At elimination, Paris and Kiki argue about why Kiki is up for elimination. Kiki insists it's not fair that she should be up for discussion simply because she can't dance, but Paris says it has more to do with her attitude. The BFF's not up for elimination all have different opinions about who should go home. But in the end, Paris tells Kiki she's just not convinced she's really there to be her BFF, and sends her home.

After Kiki leaves, Paris is just about to tell her BFF's she needs to get back to her life now when...wait! They still have one more night in Vegas! Paris thinks it would be fun to add boys to the mix again, and challenges the girls to bring as many men back to the BFF mansion with them when they return.
