When Paris realizes that while she's gotten to know a few of the 'kiddies', there are still a handful who haven't come out of their shells, she decides to put them through several BFF-worthy tests.

Most importantly, Paris needs to see who can look hot in any situation, no matter what the circumstances. She sends Kayley a text asking her to tell the other girls to dress comfortably and get ready for a wild ride. She has them dropped off at an amusement park and challenges them to put together a hot portfolio. Easy enough? Not so fast...the BFF's have to take flattering shots while strapped into a speeding roller coasters.

Onch cries and drags his feet as he is led to the first roller coaster, the Ghost Rider. As the photos are snapped mid-air, some contestants manage to look cute, while others, like Onch, look like they're about to 'poop their pants', as Paris comments.

When the group survives the first rollercoaster ride, Shelley lets Paris know it was her first time on a rollercoaster, and Onch cries that as much as he wants to be Paris' BFF, he just can't stomach another ride. So while the other contestants try to look their hottest while being spun around in the air, Onch spends the day with his head in the garbage can and groveling at Paris' feet for forgiveness.

After Onch passes out cold on the ground, and the other contestants have had all the rollercoaster rides they can take for the day, Paris calls them together to review their photos and announce the winner. When she announces that Lauren had pulled off the best poses, Lauren is ecstatic when she finds out she will be accompanying Paris to the MTV movie awards.

But Paris has yet another announcement. She needs to fly to Japan for the MTV Video Music awards, and wants to take a few contestants with her. She chooses to bring the four contestants she feels she knows the least: Sinsu, Natasha, Brittany, and Brian. Unfortunately, the flight is leaving immediately, so the chosen contestants have no time to pack.

Paris, excited to show her four companions all around Tokyo, takes them out for some unforgettable Japanese cuisine. But Brittany doesn't appreciate the extra-fresh seafood, which is grilled alive right in front of her, and freaks out in front of Paris. Luckily, Paris is touched by Brittany's ability to show emotions and they bond over their shared love for animals.

Back at the BFF mansion, the rest of the unsupervised BFF's try to find ways to entertain themselves. But Corrie stirs up drama when she makes a racist comment about Onch giving pedicures, and the war is on. Zui and Onch have a pillow fight on Corrie's bed to try and get back at her for her racist comment. But Zui takes things a little too far when she threatens Corrie with physical violence.

That night in Japan, the four contestants are given tickets to the MTV Video Music awards, and $500 to spend on getting themselves dressed up. They are told that after the award ceremony, two of them will be returning home with Paris, while the other two will be eliminated. The group goes out on a frantic shopping spree, hoping their selections will be enough to impress Paris and the crowds of paparazzi.

When Paris and her BFF's meet later that afternoon, Paris assures them they all look hot, and the whirlwind of pre- video music awards activity begins. While walking the red carpet and greeting screaming fans, Natasha realizes she feels uncomfortable being in Paris' shadow, because she's more of a leader than a follower. Soon after, Paris introduces the contestants to Fergie. Finally, as Paris is about to walk on stage to present an award, she grabs Brittany's hand and brings her on stage. The other contestants watch enviously as Brittany and Paris announce the best video music award together.

After the awards are over, Paris and her potential biffles head to the after party. Brittany tries to confront Sinsu about her drinking problem, but Sinsu insists her drinking habits are normal as she downs her fifth glass of wine.

The next day, Paris calls a final meeting in Japan for elimination. After telling each contestant what she sees as their strengths and weaknesses, she asks Brittany to give her opinion on who should go home. But Brittany says she's gotten too attached to this group of people to point any fingers, so Paris makes her own decision to say 'sayonara' to Bryan and Sinsu.
