When a sight seeing bus full of tourists is hijacked by a disgruntled ex-employee, the FBI is given four hours to come up with $18 million or face the execution of the hostages. The FBI gets a helping hand from an off duty Miami cop, who is able to send streaming video from his cell phone to give Don's team eyes inside the bus. Using security software, Charlie is able to locate and stop the bus remotely, but when the team swarms the bus they find it empty. They then discover that the hijackers had switched buses to throw the FBI off their trail, leaving them with no idea where the hostages are. However, an astute observation by Charlie leads to the revelation that the off duty cop was actually in on the job, and had been feeding them misleading information to keep the investigation off balance. After the hijackers pretend to execute the cop he leaves the bus and the FBI tracks him down and gets the real location of the bus. Now certain that hijackers will not actually kill any of the hostages, the FBI moves in again and is able to defuse the situation peacefully.
