Casa Roma, a Lancaster, CA, Italian eatery, packs in the customers at the bar, but the restaurant is nearly empty every single night. With a kitchen staff that has no idea what's going on, outdated décor and owners who have zero restaurant experience, this is going to be one tough job for Chef Ramsay.
