Although the women nominated Mary and Jacqueline for elimination in Part 1 of the episode, Chef Ramsay brings them back into the lineup. Instead he declares that Jeremy is in way over his head and sends him home.

After some stressful time in the dorm, the chefs return to prep for dinner service, which is only a few hours away. In the Blue Kitchen, Dan seems to once again be struggling, causing Michael to question his fellow competitor's food knowledge and experience. But after a very early morning wake-up for breakfast service, followed by nonstop prep for dinner service, the teams are given a short break.

Back in the kitchen, Chef Ramsay explains to the contestants that maƮtre d' Jean Philippe and his wait staff are the people who have been taking the brunt of the diners' frustration during the rocky services. J.P. and the wait staff explain the stress of dealing with angry customers. To get redemption, Chef Ramsay chooses Jessica for the women's team and Barret for the men to work the front of the house.

When Hell's Kitchen opens for its second service of the day, both teams are confident they will score a victory. But before the teams can start cooking, they'll need a ticket from Jessica and Barret.

Although the men get one from Barret first, Chef Ramsay tears it up because it is badly written. Jessica also has her ticket ripped up for bad penmanship. Their illegible tickets have both kitchens at a standstill.

Jessica finally gets it together, and the women begin to cook. Barret quickly follows suit, and after a brief stint of floundering on the fish station, Ray starts pushing out apps.

Back in the Red Kitchen, Susan refuses to slow down - not even if the rest of the food on the order isn't ready. Although Amanda initially sends undercooked scallops to the pass, she soon corrects course.

The men move on to entrees first, but Dan gets flustered when Ray continually reaches over him. Michael tries to keep them both focused, but Ray gets the order wrong and brings bass to the pass instead of halibut.

Out in the dining room, Barret is doing his best to keep impatient diners happy. Chef Ramsay calls him back to push his teammates to deliver their entrees to the hungry guests. But Ray and Dan continue to struggle on the fish station.

Back in the Red Kitchen, Mary and Nedra are ready to impress Chef Ramsay with their meat entrees. But when he discovers that they are about to serve raw pork, he makes Jessica take Nedra to the dining room to apologize to the patrons.

In the meantime, Ray hurries to deliver his third attempt at the same halibut dish. When he brings Chef Ramsay raw halibut, all of the men are thrown out of the kitchen.

Chef Ramsay then threatens the Red Team that if they make one more mistake, he'll send them all to the dorms too. Unfortunately the women bring raw pork to the pass once again. They too are told to get out.

Both teams are then asked to nominate people for elimination. The women easily choose Mary and Nedra because of the raw pork. After a big fight between Ray and Dan, the men put them both on the chopping block for their performance on the fish station. Chef Ramsay makes all four of them take off their jackets, but their fate will not be revealed until the next episode of "Hell's Kitchen."
