Looks like everyone has a beef with the rules lately. Rebecca and a bunch of other Zeta Betas came up short on their Kitty Points (they've been cuttin' study hour). So Casey says they can't go to the Spirit Social before the CRU Titans' big basketball game with A&M. Rebecca and the rest are TO'd, but those are the rules, and Casey's not budgin'. But wait! Turns out Ashleigh's short on points too. Later, in private, Casey gets Ash to fess up why she's short on points. Seems she missed them because she was so busy planning for Spirit Week. Casey decides to let it slide and gives Ash a pardon on the downlow.

Over at Kappa Tau, Cappie's all worked up 'cause Campus Police just gave the house a ticket for breaking the Greek noise limit (or at least that's what Officer Huck's decibel thingy says). But Rusty's got some good news for the frat: Turns out the KTs won the Greek lottery and scored courtside tickets for the A&M game.

Later, Rebecca catches Casey and Ashleigh coming back from the Spirit Social, and she and the other ZBZs get bent out of shape because of Ash's special treatment. Casey apologizes but it doesn't really help the sisters aren't letting this one go. So, Casey goes to ex-president Frannie for advice. Frannie tells her to quit apologizing and let them know who's boss. Casey calls a meeting and lays down the law, making it clear that she's in charge. Hmmm. Good time for Rebecca to start building her own anti-Casey clique

Before the U-SAG and the Kappa Taus bring their case before the Board of Administrators, Cappie tells Rusty to go spy on Tina to find out what U-SAG's next move is. Rusty gets all worked up over this, 'cause on the one hand, Tina's anti-frat stuff is driving him nuts, but at the same time he's REALLY got it bad for her. Rusty fails at being a spy - but he succeeds at being a player when he ends up going all the way with Tina in about five seconds flat.

On the day of the Board of Administrators' decision, Dale gets a little too crazy with his speech and blows it in front of the Board. Cappie wins them over with a little unexpected help from Evan, of all people. The Kappa Taus get their game tickets back, and the whole Greek system gets the restrictions lifted. So while Casey and Rebecca become worse enemies than ever, it looks like Cappie and Evan might not be hating on each other as much anymore.
