Mike is home and he and Neela make up for lost time in bed, the shower and everywhere else. Mike wants to get married immediately — no family and no preparations. It catches Neela completely off guard.

Abby works on a patient, Glenda, with a head wound and a severe alcohol problem. Archie tells her she's probably fine and they should just let her sleep it off. Abby is skeptical of his diagnosis.

Kerry tells everyone that Luka and Victor are going to share the honor of running the floor. She finally put her foot down with all the bickering between them and is forcing them to cooperate.

Luka helps Abby out with Glenda because she thinks there may be something else wrong with her than just a bump on the head and an alcohol problem.

Jerry offers to preside over Neela and Mike's wedding. He's a Universal Life Minister and likes to refer to himself as Father Superior.

Neela asks Abby to be her maid of honor and Abby tells her she's had a complete brain lapse because she's getting married so quickly. Abby asks Neela if she even KNOWS Mike. Neela says she loves Michael and just wants Abby's support.

Lucien talks to Greg and tells him that his intern K.J. got into the surgical floor storeroom and stole a video camera. They caught him on the surveillance cameras. Greg says he'll talk to him.

Abby reviews Glenda's case with Luka and Victor and shockingly, both agree on the assessment of Abby's drunk patient — that is, let her sleep it off.

Greg talks to K.J. about stealing the camera and he doesn't admit to anything. He says the only reason he was up there was because of a cute girl on the floor.

Lucien and Neela work on a patient and discuss Neela's wedding as they operate. Everyone asks her lots of wedding questions and she doesn't want to talk about it. She'd rather focus on the patient — clearly irritated with the whole business.

Abby works with a young boy, Stewie Kenig. His mother says they don't believe in immunizations. Abby says that Stewie probably has pneumonia but wants to make sure by taking an X-ray. Mrs. Kenig, however, doesn't want one.

Greg talks to K.J.'s dad, Darnell, and he takes K.J.'s side, wanting to see this so-called security tape.

Glenda finally wakes up and sobers up. She's barely conscious, though, and has zero short-term memory. Abby wants to re-scan her even though Luka and Victor argue against it.

Abby re-scans Glenda's brain but she goes unconscious mid-scan. Abby tells Victor and Luka that if she had waited on either of them, Glenda would already be dead.

Lucien guides Neela in a surgical procedure — she performs beautifully and they save the patient. Michael joins her and tells her that maybe everything has gone too fast but he just wants them to be together. He asks her properly if she'll marry him again, today.

Kerry, Archie and Ray work on a man, Harry, who fell in a pond while playing ice hockey. Archie corrects Kerry in front of the others and they proceed using his diagnosis. Harry loses his pulse and Kerry is again second-guessed by Archie. Kerry is clearly miffed and leaves the room, but Archie saves Harry's life. Kerry feels like she's been away from the ER too long.

Darnell asks the security guard to see the tape. Lucien and Greg start to realize that it may not have been K.J. who stole the camera after all. Lucien apologizes to Darnell and K.J. because it appears that the guard assumed he stole the camera because he's black. Darnell and Greg tell K.J. he needs to keep working, because it's the only way to buck the stereotypes.

Luka runs back into the ER where Stewie has gotten much worse. Mrs. Kenig finally relents to X-rays and they show that he has a serious lung infection. The tests also show he has a type of immune system infection — which is consistent with being HIV positive. Mrs. Kenig doesn't want them to test and she tells them she has HIV. Victor yells at her because she knew she was infected with HIV and did nothing to protect Stewie from getting it. Her daughter has never been tested either. Mrs. Kenig sits in the corner crying.

Sam talks to Mrs. Kenig and tells her a story about giving Alex a spinal tap. She tells Mrs. Kenig that Stewie is already hurting and if she keeps letting this go on, nothing will help him. She won't change her mind about testing her daughter Patricia for HIV. Victor is irate over the stupidity of it all.

The wedding is moved to the bar and Neela and Michael finally arrive — dressed in their best. Jerry marries them and there's a big party afterwards. Kerry talks to Archie and tells him that she had a lot of respect for how he handled the trauma patient. She tells him she's going to start spending more time down in the ER.

Luka tells Victor that Kerry appointed him as the new ER chief. Victor congratulates him and tells him he took his name out of the hat.

Michael and Neela take the train home and they both look like they're having second thoughts about getting married.
