Synopsis
When some power source interferes with the TARDIS, the Doctor is stranded in 21st century Earth. To discover the source of the power, lurking in a mysterious second-floor flat, the Doctor moves in with the average man below, Craig Owens, and pretends to be human while he gets to the heart of the mystery.
