The second part of the CSIs crossover trilogy:
A horrible interstate accident between a drunk driver and a big rig takes a horrifying turn when Det. Flack finds a metal drum in the cargo area of the rig with a young woman's body stuffed inside. Mac also finds a mobile dungeon in the sleeper compartment of the truck and realizes that another young woman, Madeline Briggs (seen in CSI:Miami episode #807) was in the sleeper at the time of the accident. Now both Casey and Madeline have disappeared after Casey carjacks a driver after the accident. When the female victim found in the drum is examined, Sid finds that an organ is missing. The team surmises that the victim was kidnapped and dissected for her liver which was then sold on the black market. Dr. Langston (CSI from Las Vegas) leaves Miami and comes to New York to help Mac and the other CSIs in the investigation to find Madeline and stop the 'Zetas' human trafficking network. When urine found in the sleeper of the rig is tested, we discover Madeline is pregnant, Mac and Dr. Langston determine she is a forced surrogate and Casey may sell her into prostitution until she gives birth. The team gets a lead and tracts the suspect to a pharmacy where they lose him in a chase but find soil samples in the suspect's car. The sample matches soil samples in the system and Mac, Dr. Langston and the team speed to the location. They don't find Madeline but find Casey and a gunfight ensues, ending with the suspect's apprehension. Casey is giving Mac and Langston nothing and is stone cold. What Casey does tell them is that he has handed Madeline off to another trafficker and we see Madeline, again, in the sleeper compartment of another rig headed towards Las Vegas.
