In order to save a friendly foreign operative in Bolivia, the ODS must take down a South American drug cartel. Meanwhile, Higgins shuts down all CIA operations when he discovers there is a mole. The Four Musketeers try to save the life of a young a operative based in Bolivia. He has knowledge that a major Drug Cartel is looking to forge passports in order to cross into the US. The CIA provides them with fake papers, so that they can set up a sting operation to bring these guys in. In the mean time, a disgruntled analyst has leaked top secret papers, and Higgins shuts down all operations entirely until they find the mole.
