The players are not too happy to see a temptation challenge to start off the week. Ali lets everyone know that from this moment on, the teams are going to be blue versus black. The players all faced a wheel of choices; a winning spin could mean they get to choose the teams, but a losing spin could mean having to eat up to a thousand calories. Everybody but Abby is willing to spin.

Now it's Tracey's turn to spin the wheel. The rest of the players were forced eat cupcakes, donuts and cake with their spins. Tracey is shocked when she lands on the golden ticket. The players cannot believe Tracey's luck and are now worried about how she will divide the teams. Especially when they think about having to lose their teammates and be with one trainer.

Before Tracey can make her decision on teams, the trainers walk in and want to know what is going on. They are not shocked to see Tracey, once again, in control of the game. Tracey chooses Bob as her trainer, but Jillian thinks that's because Tracey is scared of her.

Liz starts crying when Tracey decides to split her and Danny up. Danny feels like he was stabbed in the back by Tracey's decision. Tracey further alienates herself by choosing Amanda to be on Jillian's team, knowing she had a bond with Bob. Tracey also splits Amanda up from her partner Rebecca, as well as Dina and Rudy.

While Liz is on the treadmill, she passes out, causing everyone to worry. She regains consciousness, but the rest of the players remain concerned. Bob talks to Liz and believes her collapse was the result of such a stressful week and she agrees.

Jillian brings out the platform for Dina to jump on. A scared Dina fights with Jillian about doing the jump. After a war of words, Dina decides to exit the gym and take a break. Her former partner, Rudy, joins her to see what is wrong. Dina admits that she is too scared to believe in herself.

Bob thinks it is time to take his new blue team on a field trip to a grocery store and teach them to shop. Starting with the deli. The players learn about lean meat and then pick out some vegetables for their picnic.

The new teams meet Ali on the top of a hill. They learn about their next challenge. They have to climb the hill and splash through a mud pit, while carrying a platform holding up one of their teammates at all times. The player on the platform can switch mid-race, but someone needs to be carried at all times. The winning team will win videos from home.

Each team tries to come up with a strategy on how they are going to win the challenge. The race is a close call, but the teams hit a bigger challenge with the mud pit. They try not to let the pressure get to them as they struggle. In the end, it's the blue team that wins the videos from home.

The blue team is celebrating their win and their prize. Rebecca looks over at Dina, who is visibly upset about losing. Rebecca hands over her video from home and offers the prize up to Dina. The act moves both ladies to tears. Dina tells Rebecca that instead of accepting the prize, she'll jump on the platform for Rebecca.

Each player on the blue team watches his or her videos from home. They are all filled with emotion. Mo admits that he's not part of the show for the money, but simply to get healthy for his wife and children.

As Danny is getting ready for dinner, Liz comes in and asks him if he'll join her in watching her video from home. He's touched by the request and follows her. Danny is shocked to see that the video is from his family and not Liz's. Danny is moved to tears by Liz's generosity.

Jillian and Bob give their newly formed teams last-chance workouts for the first time. Jillian wants her team to focus on relying on one another during this time when motivation is key. Meanwhile, Bob has his players working on team aerobics.

The blue and black teams weigh in for the first time since being split up. It's Shay's 16-pound weight loss that pushes the black team to victory at the weigh-in. Shay credits her success to pushing the thought of game play out of her head and actually just doing the work. Now the blue team has to think about who they will eliminate.

Tracey knows she has a mark on her back, but she tells the players that she's proven time and time again she wants to stay. Mo wants to be sent home, since his injury has been getting in the way of his workouts. In the end, Mo's wish is granted and he's sent home.
