The Red Team informs the other contestants that Cate has been eliminated. While the contestants are still mourning the loss of their team member, the trainers join them to announce that they'll be visiting the Biggest Loser kids at home this week, which means the contestants will be training on their own until the Last-Chance Workout at the end of the week. It's going to be a tough one.

After giving their teams pep talks for the week, the trainers leave to meet with their kids, who have no idea they're stopping by for a visit. Biingo, Sunny and Lindsay are surprised by the trainers' visits, and the trainers are eager to learn about the kids' exercise and eating habits at home.

Bob heads home with Biingo's family to check out Biingo's living situation. His first stop is the refrigerator. Biingo's family passes Bob's refrigerator exam with flying colors. They're loaded up with water, fruit and healthy foods. It's a good sign that Biingo's family is on the right track. Bob tells Biingo that he has a surprise in store for him tomorrow, and Biingo is nervous about it.

Back on the ranch, the teams strategize their workout regimen for the week. Pam and Danni are the only two remaining members of the White Team, and they manage to band together for support. Meanwhile, the Blue Team struggles to stay motivated in the face of exhaustion. Jackson proves to be a powerful motivating force for the Red Team.

Meanwhile, Jillian visits Sunny's home. Jillian gets down to the core issue with Sunny's weight: Sunny lives under immense stress from herself and her parents, which leads her to stress eating. Jillian encourages Sunny to live the life that she wants. Jillian tries to encourage Sunny to talk to her parents about her stressful, unfulfilling lifestyle, but Sunny seems reluctant, fearing that she'll disappoint her parents.

Across the country, Dolvett heads to Lindsay's house to meet her family and take a tour of her living environment. Dolvett is incredibly please with Lindsay and her family's progress. Lindsay tells Dolvett about her experiences being bullied by her classmates because of her weight. Dolvett arranges for Lindsay's entire cheerleading squad to meet them specifically to cheer for Lindsay, and Dolvett even joins the girls for a cheer.

The contestants meet at the beach for this week's challenge: a 5K run. The contestants are nervous and excited for the challenge. The contestants struggle with the run, but they don't give up. Each contestant digs deep to find the motivation to keep going. In the end, all of the contestants cross the finish line. It's an amazing accomplishment for all of them, but the White Team finishes with the lowest time, winning the challenge.

Back in Sunny's hometown, Jillian has arranged for a day of rowing for the two of them. Neither of them have any rowing experience, so it's a fun adventure for both of them. Next, Jillian convinces Sunny to have a heart-to-heart with her mom. Sunny's mom tells her that she can do whatever she wants. Her mother will always be proud of her. It's exactly what Sunny needed to hear.

In Maryland, Bob and Biingo head to the local baseball stadium for some fun and exercise: Bob has arranged for the local minor league pitcher, Brandon Erbe, to join them for a ball game. Brandon gives Biingo some baseball pointers, and then Biingo throws a few pitches to Brandon and runs the bases. Most importantly, Biingo is convinced that his dream is within reach.

At the end of the week, the trainers return to the ranch and meet with their teams. Dolvett and Jillian are very pleased with their teams' performances this week. Bob is nervous about what the Blue Team got up to this week. The trainers break off with their teams for the Last-Chance Workout. Joe seems reluctant to workout today, and Dolvett gets frustrated.

Meanwhile, Bob and Jillian are back on the ranch with a vengeance. They combine their teams for the Last-Chance Workout, and they prove to be a ruthless duo of trainers. Bob's Blue Team is struggling with the workout, and they're frustrated by Jillian's confrontational training style. The White Team is used to Jillian, though, and Danni and Pam look tougher than ever.

It's weigh-in time! The Blue Team hits the scales first. Michael lost 12 pounds; David shed nine pounds; Alex lost four pounds; Gina lost nine pounds; and Jeff lost six pounds. It's not a bad performance from the Blue Team, but Jeff and Alex had hoped for bigger numbers. One thing is for sure: Bob has some work to do with the Blue Team.

The Red Team hits the scale next. They'll need to drop more than 29 pounds to stay above the Blue Team. Joe lost seven pounds; Francelina dropped six pounds; Lisa shed nine pounds; and Jackson lost 12 pounds. Jackson is thrilled; Dolvett is extremely proud of his team, and the Red Team is safe from elimination this week.

The White Team is the last team to weigh in. Danni and Pam will have to lose 12 pounds between the two of them in order to avoid elimination. Danni takes the scale first and discovers that she's dropped six pounds this week. If Pam loses fewer than seven pounds, she'll be eliminated. Pam gets on the scale and only charts a three-pound loss, which means she will be headed home. Danni is crushed. She's the only remaining member of the White Team now.
