After their makeovers, the contestants flew to Washington, D.C. to reveal their new looks to their families - at the White House. Now everyone's ready to meet First Lady Michelle Obama. Michelle welcomes everyone to the White House and reveals she's a big fan of the show. Bob introduces the contestants, and Michelle hugs each of them in turn, congratulating them on their inspirational progress. She confesses that on Tuesdays, she watches the show and works out. Michelle tells everyone about the Let's Move! initiative she started two years ago to combat childhood obesity. One in three American kids is overweight or obese and at risk to develop diabetes. Bob announces that it's time to get moving right now - they're all going to change their clothes and work out with the First Lady!

It's not long before the contestants, their families and Michelle Obama are assembled for a workout led by Bob and Dolvett. Michelle immediately recognizes Bob's mean streak - of course, he's laughing - and says, "Why are you standing by me? Get away from me!" According to Bob, Michelle personifies what no excuses is all about. Michelle explains that an important part of the Let's Move! initiative is families coming together to exercise; it's a lot more fun to be healthy when you're doing it with the people you love. Everyone can find some time to be fit. After their 20-minute workout, Michelle announces one last challenge. The Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA) asks Americans to eat healthy and get active for 30 minutes a day for six weeks. Michelle wants the contestants to help get people signed up in their names. Whoever gets the most people signed up under their name by the finale will win a gym for their community.

That night, Chris calls Roy from her hotel room to check in. He's been feeling a little low and lonely. Chris didn't anticipate that she would make it this far on the show; thus she had no way of knowing how long they'd be apart. Saying there's no substitute for his wife, Roy asks Chris to come home. Chris admits she's scared to realize how much is on her plate at home, and she's feeling the pressure. Feeling angry and disgusted, Chris seeks comfort in food, just like she always did before the ranch. It's room service gone wild. Afterwards, she fears the old Chris might creep in and take over. This is just something she's going to have to fight.

The next morning, Dolvett takes Buddy, Kim, Jeremy and Mark outside for a rousing Last-Chance Workout. Bob has Chris and Conda at a Planet Fitness gym where he reminds them that Makeover Week sucks for weight loss. He immediately knows something's up with Chris - it seems like she's throwing in the towel, so he's going to focus on Conda. Chris breaks down on the treadmill, explaining she has stuff going on at home. That's her life; this is temporary. Bob is furious to learn Roy asked Chris to come home. She doesn't want to talk about it, but he insists they do. Isn't a married couple supposed to support each other? When is Roy going to support Chris?

Bob insists it's time for Chris to make a decision. He reminds her that she experienced happiness and good health on the ranch. Chris admits she doesn't want to go back to unhappiness. Now she needs to fight to stay on the ranch because she doesn't want to go back to being the unhappy person she used to be. Chris allows that Bob has given her a mental wake-up call and pulled her back into the game. It's not long before the contestants return to the ranch for the weigh-in. Bob's nervous, since he only has Chris and Conda left in the game. Alison reminds everyone that the player who gets the most people to sign up for the PALA Challenge between now and the finale will win a $30,000 gym from Planet Fitness for their community. Since Conda lost the challenge at the beginning of this week, she has a one-pound disadvantage, while Buddy has a one-pound advantage on the scale.

Buddy weighs in first, and he's thrilled to lose nine pounds, despite all the travelling and having less work-out time than usual. Kim is determined to stay above the yellow line because she knows there's an alliance gunning for her. She's okay with losing two pounds - her lowest ever - and if this is it, she feels like she did it all. Jeremy's next up with a whopping 11-pound loss, so he's safe for sure. Conda will need to lose more than eight pounds to stay above the yellow line, and she's only taken off five. Now Buddy's safe, and Kim is swimming directly above the yellow line. Since he lost no weight last week, Mark feels anxious, but his four-pound loss finally takes him into the 100s, and keeps him on the ranch! Now Kim is definitely below the yellow line. She'll be weighing in with either Conda or Chris.

Chris is last on the scale, and she knows she did some damage with her diet this week. Tearing up, she admits that after her phone call with Roy she started binging. She's not surprised to learn that she gained two pounds. She insists that she wasn't trying to sabotage herself, but trying only to ease her pain. Bob reminds her that she felt terrible after binging - this is a mistake she can learn from, and thus is worth making. Bob reminds her not to sell herself short and to remember the happiness she achieved on the show. Alison sends the players off to discuss their options and meets them in the elimination room later in the evening. Chris is feeling as if her positive response to what happened this week should be what the other contestants consider. Buddy points out that since this is the first week Kim has fallen beneath the yellow line, it makes sense to eliminate her - but it does seem as if she wants to make the Final Four more than Chris...

Conda is first to cast her vote, which she has based on the fact that Chris has been distracted by everything that's going on at home. Explaining Chris needs only one more vote for elimination, Alison calls on Buddy, who has also voted for Chris. It turns out Buddy regards Kim like a sister. Kim breaks down in tears, explaining that she's often felt alone during the game - and maybe that's a situation she has a hand in creating, to protect herself from vulnerability. Buddy's words mean the world to her. Feeling the emotion too, Buddy gets up and gives Kim a hug. Grabbing Kim's hand under the table, Chris tells the other contestants that she's been truly blessed. She's going home to her family and a tremendous sense of accomplishment.
